A contoured back and seat help to relieve back-strain while a pneumatic gas lift seat height adjustment mechanism makes it easy to raise and lower the stool while a strong 20" diameter chrome foot ring provides stability. Available in grey or blue twill, and burgundy or black tweed, this drafting stool is fundamental in the office furniture world.

The seat and poll are not secured to the legs. If you pick it up in the air the legs can fall off. It wobbles and feels like it is going to bend or break. I do not advise buying this chair. If you do buy the insurance because you will most likely want to send it back and it costs you about 1/2 the price to send back.
