I originally had an 'executive' style chair, but it was too large and the back support did not hit me right. I have a HON 5901 task chair at work which I really like but it did not have the tilt tension. I bought the HON 5902 for my home office and am very pleased with it. The fabric is quite sturdy. It swivels very smoothly. It fits a woman very nicely especially the back support. I also got the adjustable arms which I can adjust to get the chair under the edge of desk or table very easily. It rolls on shag carpet without any problem. It was easy to assemble. The instructions for the arms could have been more specific. Could not tell if the adjustable lever on arms were to fact the front or back of chair. Still am not sure if I have them on right. Maybe it's just a preference. All in all, I rate it very high.
